Can research firms white-label synthetic panels?

Free and pack tiers are licensed for internal evaluation only. Starter is internal business use. Pro permits client deliverables and resale to up to 5 end clients. Unlimited resale and full white label are Enterprise, from $90,000 a year.

The licence is the product a firm is buying

A research firm usually does not pick a tier by study count. It picks the tier by what it is allowed to hand to a client. The published matrix on /pricing splits that into four rungs: internal evaluation, internal business use, client deliverables and resale, and unlimited resale with full white label. Prices below are the August 2026 ladder. Confirm live figures on that page.

Published licence by tier, August 2026
TierPriceWhat you may do with the output
Free$0, one studyInternal evaluation only
Packs$149 for 3 or $399 for 10Internal evaluation only. One purchase a rolling year.
Starter$595/mo, 20 studiesInternal business use. No client resale.
Pro$2,900/mo, 175 studiesClient deliverables and resale to up to 5 end clients. Your logo on exports.
EnterpriseFrom $90,000/yrUnlimited resale. Full white label, delivered during onboarding.

What Pro allows

Pro is the first self-serve plan that permits client work. The pricing matrix lists client deliverables and resale to up to 5 end clients, and it lists your logo on exports. It is not unlimited resale, and it is not full white label. Lewsearch is not removed from the product. Embedding the API in a product you sell is not on this tier.

What Enterprise allows

Unlimited resale and full white label sit on Enterprise, from $90,000 a year. Full white label means Lewsearch removed from client-facing output, including on your domain. The pricing matrix marks that row as delivered during onboarding, on a date written into the contract before you pay. The same contract is where a firm embeds Lewsearch in a product it sells. See enterprise and enterprise pricing.

What the terms add

You own the questions you submit and the study reports generated for your account. When you publish or present results externally, the terms require a clear disclosure that the data are AI-generated synthetic panel results. Reselling raw API access, or operating a derivative research platform on top of Lewsearch, needs a written reseller agreement. That clause is separate from the Pro client-deliverable licence.

FAQ

Can research firms white-label synthetic panels?
Free and pack tiers are licensed for internal evaluation only. Starter is internal business use. Pro permits client deliverables and resale to up to 5 end clients. Unlimited resale and full white label are Enterprise, from $90,000 a year.
Can I put a client-facing report on Starter?
No. Starter is licensed for internal business use. Pro is the first tier that permits client deliverables and resale. Confirm the current licence rows on /pricing.
What does full white label require?
Enterprise. Full white label (Lewsearch removed from client-facing output, including on your domain) is listed on that contract and is delivered during onboarding on a date written into the contract before you pay. The published floor is $90,000 a year.
Can I embed Lewsearch in a product I sell?
That is an Enterprise contract item, not a self-serve switch. The terms also require a written reseller agreement to resell raw API access or to operate a derivative research platform on top of Lewsearch.
