What Starter is for

Starter is the self-serve research seat: write the instrument, pick a market, get a tabulated panel back. Message tests (single, A/B at no extra study, monadic across 2 to 4 cells) and twin interviews up to 50 twins sit on this plan. Stimulus upload (image, PDF, DOCX, or a URL) is included. The licence is internal business use. Client deliverables and resale are not.

What Pro adds

Pro is the plan for a research firm or a team that needs a room, an API, or a commercial licence. Focus groups, Deep Research, larger n, and twin interviews of 51 to 100 sit here. The REST cohort query API is included: up to 5 keys, 30 requests a minute, up to 1,000 respondents a call. Five seats are listed on the pricing matrix. Instant surfaces (Sandbox, Lewn cohort chat, Flash A/B) are Pro features and are not always on. Queued studies still run.

See white-label and resale.

Enterprise

Enterprise is not a bigger Starter. It is an annual contract from $90,000, with a dedicated GPU deployment, a cohort built to your population, studies uncapped under contract, unlimited resale, and full white label. Seats, single sign-on, the audit log, and full white label are delivered during onboarding on a date written into the contract. Detail is on enterprise and enterprise pricing.
